Aloha there's two more weeks until finals week. I'm done with CHA so there's only three modules to worry about now. I was so nervous because I felt so unprepared?? I was really like out of it the past two weeks and I kept procrastinating the revision for CHA and I avoided practicing it completely I just really wasn't in the mood and then Wednesday I looked through the notes for the first time since we went through it in class like wayyy back and I started panicking. So yeah, two days of memorising everything and I practiced on Farah and I think it went alright? I was trembling and my body temperature rose like crazy but I walked in and my mind was like blank but I did it!! I got MSK which everyone said requires you to be super fast and efficient or else you'd run out of time but I finished and I was about to leave the room when Ms LL said I was really fast so I turned back and went like "Oh, how much time did I have left?" and she said e i g h t. I had eight minutes to spare which is like crazy a lot. So, I'm a little worried but a few hours later she posted an IVLE announcement saying everybody passed CHA and then Dr S sent out an email to G4 & 8 saying we "we passed with flying colours" so............................ I don't know how to feel.

But yay Friday was the last tutorial/lab day of this semester and I still have lecture day aka Monday but that's the last day of school ever and we're celebrating with Dr S! I still have to come back for the Damai GM on Thursday which I'm majorly dreading and like half my clique is ditching?? But guess who I'd get to see!! 😊 *coughs* 

I wanted to talk about some stuff that I bought/want to buy. Obviously I'm a shopaholic but I'm trying my best to control it. The first thing I bought was an L bracket for my DSLR because the autofocus is super noisy and I don't want my mic to pick that up so the further away the better, right? I got a wireless remote shutter release for my DSLR so hopefully that makes my life easier. I miss making videos and editing videos but I'm just not really feeling it and plus I have got no clue what to make a video about and I still have my USS footage that's unedited. Hopefully I'll be more excited to make some during the holidays. [What holidays?]

Moving on to makeup, I bought the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer and I really like the texture and I guess it sort of does its job but not really because I have pores the size of the craters on the moon and I want them gone!!!! The only other primers that actually help are the Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional but that shit is really expensive and the next best option is the Sephora Pore & Fine Line Filler, both their textures are really similar. I've also been trying out a couple new foundations. The EX1 Invisiwear in F200 and Maybelline Matte and Poreless in 230 Natural Buff. I like the EX1 Foundation and the packaging is amazeballs.

And the other one is the Maybelline Matte & Poreless in 230 Natural Buff and I really like it. It's much more fluid-y than the EX1 one but obviously not as yellow. It doesn't have a pump so I have to pour it out, I hate that. But other than that, I think it tries its best to make me matte (but I'm oily like a frying pan so no hope). One foundation that I really loved was the Loreal Infallible Pro-Matte foundation in 106 Sun Beige and that matched my skin tone perfectly. Why do I keep buying foundations that aren't being sold in Singapore??

Lipsticks: I've been using the NYX Lingerie Liquid Lipstick in Exotic almost everyday because I absolutely love the colour. It's not as drying as the Colourpop liquid lipsticks?? I still put on lip balm once I get home and then before sleep I put on Vaseline on my lips and it makes them really really soft by the time it's morning. I want to try out the Ofra liquid lipstick - especially in Havana Nights because that's the collab with KathleenLights who I absolutely adore.
